Bachelor thesis consists of twoo main chapters. First chapter deals with theory defining terms of ethics and morality, that are very important in banking sector. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca pozostáva z dvoch hlavných častí. Prvá časť je venovaná teórii, ktorá vymedzuje pojmy etika a morálka, ktoré sú v bankovom sektore veľmi dôležité. Ďalšia polovica prvej časti je venovaná neetickým činnostiam, definuje korupciu jej hlavné rozdelenia, boj proti korupcii, približuje proces prania špinavých peňazí a vysvetlenie insider obchodov.
