COMPARISON OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES: TRADITIONAL VS AGILE

Anotace:

This thesis examines the differences and applications of traditional, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies. Through empirical research and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), it identifies which methodology is most effective for varying project requirements and team dynamics. The study finds that most project managers prefer Agile or hybrid methods, while hybrid methodologies, blending structured planning and iterative processes, provide more complex solution. Additionally, the integration of AI can enhance documentation and accuracy. The research provides a framework and tools to help organizations choose the appropriate project management methodology for successful project outcomes.
