Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit na vzorku populace, jaká je dnes preference a skutečná konzumace vody a nealkoholických nápojů. Nejoblíbenějším nápojem, který je také často konzumován je čaj, dále také ovocné a zeleninové džusy a slazené minerální vody. Pitná voda z vodovodu je stále více nahrazována vodami balenými, zejména sycenými minerálními vodami. Velmi často konzumovaným nápojem je káva. Odhad příjmu tekutin většinou neodpovídá příjmu skutečnému, který je nižší, zvláště pokud se do příjmu tekutin nezapočítává množství kávy. Také konzumace potravin bohatých na vodu není dostatečná, zvláště konzumace ovoce a zeleniny. Znalosti pitného režimu jsou celkem uspokojivé. Lidé vědí, jaký by měl být jejich příjem tekutin, znají některé známky nedostatečného příjmu tekutin a také obsah prospěšných látek v pitné vodě. Přesto je jejich pitný režim ve většině případů nedostatečný.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis was to determine on the sample of the population preference and real consumption of drinking water and non-alcoholic drinks today. Tea is favourite drink which is also very often consumed, then fruit and vegetable juices and sugar-sweetened mineral waters. Drinking water is more and more replaced by bottled water, especially by mineral water (with carbon dioxide saturation). Coffee is consumed very often. Estimation of the fluid intake fall short of real fluid intake, which is lower, especially if the coffee is not included in the fluid intake. The consumption of the food rich in water is insufficient too, especially consumption of fruit and vegetables. Knowledges of the daily fluid intake (hydration status) are satisfactory. People know their adequate daily fluid intake, they know signs of insufficient fluid intake and content of healthy substances in drinking water. For all that daily fluid intake of most people is insufficient.
