V diplomové práci se zabývám vymezením daní souvisejících s bytovou problematikou a možnostem financování bydlení, popisem těchto oblastí a jejich vzájemných vazeb. In my thesis, I am concerned with the specification of taxes related to housing problems and with the possibilities of housing financing. I describe these domains and their reciprocal links.
