Identification of Process Structure between ERP and CRM
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce zkoumá stávající klíčové procesy ve společnosti SOFO Group a.s. Dále nachází činnosti, které jsou prováděny za podpory ERP IS Project Open, a řeší identifikaci a implementaci vazeb mezi tímto systémem a systémem Microsoft Dynamics CRM, jehož instalaci společnost plánuje.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis investigates key processes in company SOFO Group Inc. It also finds activities which are carried out with support of ERP IS Project Open and solves identification and implementation of relations between this system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, which the company plans to install.
