Effect of posture on performance in the dynamic strength test in pupils of the 2nd grade of primary school.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zpracována na téma: "Vliv pozice těla na výkon v testu dynamické síly u žáků 2. stupně ZŠ". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a metodickou část. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na popis motoriky, motorických schopností, pohybový výkon a výkonnost, vymezení věku pubescenta a jeho rozvoj schopností a zkoumané pozice "High power" a "Low power". V metodické části popisuji výzkumný vzorek, který obsahoval 110 probandů, testované pozice, testovací prostředí, průběh testování, interpretaci a přehled naměřených dat. Z výsledků vyplývá, že pozice těla neovlivní pohybový výkon.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is prepared on the topic: Effect of posture on performance in the dynamic strength test in pupils of the 2nd grade of primary school.". The thesis is divided into theoretical and methodological part. In the theoretical part, I focused on the description of motor skills, motor skills, motor power and performance, the definition of the age of the pubescent and his development of abilities and the examined position "High power " and "Low power ". In the methodological part, I describe the research sample, which included 110 probands, the tested positions, the test environment, the course of testing, interpretation and an overview of the measured data. The results indicate that the body´s position will not affect exercise.
