Malignant neoplasm is the second most often death cause. These are diseases with high incidence and mortality. Treatment is not cheap and therefore it is important to predict future number of patients. Knowing these numbers would lead to effective allocation of resources in the field. Zhubné nádorové ochorenia predstavujú druhú najčastejšiu príčinu úmrtí. Ide o ochorenia so stúpajúcou incidenciou a často vysokou mortalitou. Liečenie týchto ochorení nie je lacnou záležitosťou, a preto je nevyhnutné poznať budúce počty pacientov. Tieto očakávané hodnoty poslúžia na efektívne rozdelenie všetkých prostriedkov.
