Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mediace při řešení obchodních sporů s mezinárodním prvkem. This diploma thesis deals with issues of mediation as a way of resolution of commercial disputes. The thesis consists of five chapters while the most crucial one is particularly the fourth chapter which is focused on the relevant aspects related to the subject of the diploma thesis.
