Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením výkonnosti dvou vybraných stavebních podniků za pomoci modelů finanční analýzy. Hlavním cílem je vyhodnotit jejich finanční situaci v průběhu největšího dopadu pandemie COVID-19, tedy v letech 2020 a 2021 a určit případné rady pro zlepšení do budoucna. This thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of two selected construction companies with the help of financial analysis models. The main goal is to evaluate their financial situation during the greatest impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, i.e. in 2020 and 2021, and to determine possible advice for improvement in the future.
