Welfare social environment in the classroom of high school and its influence on teacher

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit podrobnější informace o pohodě sociálního prostředí ve třídě střední školy, o mezilidských vztazích, o tom jak se žáci v dané střední škole cítí, jaká ve škole panuje atmosféra jaká je zde komunikace, pravidla, hranice, soutěživost či spolupráce, zda se řeší problémy a jaké jsou vztahy mezi učiteli a žáky navzájem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, v první teoretické části popisuji zdravou školu, sociální klima, pohodu prostředí a učitele jako tvůrce mezilidských vztahů. Ve druhé části ? praktické jsem formou škálového dotazníku, jehož respondenty byli žáci a učitelé konkrétního školského zařízení vyhodnotila pohodu sociálního prostředí u obou respondentů a následně je porovnala. Abstract:

Aim of this dissertation is to ascertain detailed information about the ease in social environment in the high school class and deal the interpersonal relations, how students feel in the high school, what state of mind dominates in the school and what kind of communication, rules, relationship limits, competitiveness or cooperation can be seen, if the communication problems are being solved and what kind of relationship between teachers and students can be seen. Dissertation is divided into two parts. First part describes healthy school, social climate, ease of the environment and teacher as inventor of interpersonal relations. In the second, practical part, assessment of questionnaire is submitted, where respondents of this questionnaire were students and teachers of particular educational institution, ease of the social environment have been evaluated for both respondent groups and confronted.
