Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a mírou stresu, jeho zvládáním, ale také psychickou zátěží při práci, která byla zjišťována pomocí standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku. This bachelor´s thesis deals with an issue and level of stress, its management, but also the psychological burden at work, which was determined by using a standardized Meister questionnaire. The theoretical part deals with stress, its physiology, phases, causes, symptoms, reactions and consequences.
