Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem odměňování a motivace ve vybraných podnicích. V první části jsou teoretické poznatky z oblasti systému odměňování zaměstnanců, včetně mzdového a platového systému, odměn z dohod, nepeněžních forem odměňování a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. The thesis deals with the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in selected companies.
