Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením dopadů neformálních metod vzdělávání na konkurenceschopnost na trhu práce, a to zde v případě účastníků krátkodobých mezinárodních výměn mládeže zaštítěných evropským programem Erasmus+. Teoretická část práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů relevantních dané problematice, jako např. vzdělávání a jeho kategorizace, vzdělávacích politik a programů Evropské unie, především poté programu Erasmus+, mládeže a různých kulturních, ekonomických a geografických specifik ovlivňující tuto cílovou skupinu. Dále je zde nastíněn průběh a implementace analyzovaných projektů. V rámci praktické části práce je představen výzkum postavený na dvou verzích dotazníkového šetření vnímání dopadů neformálních metod vzdělávání na osobní rozvoj a konkurenceschopnost pohledem účastníků dvou vybraných mládežnických projektů, včetně interpretace výsledků tohoto výzkumu. Sběr dat probíhal v červenci a listopadu 2016, přičemž takto získaná data byla poté zpracována pomocí metod obsahové analýzy. Výsledky byly doplněny o několik doporučení a závěrů, které mohou být dále použity jako podklad pro navržení případných opatření vedoucích k celkovému zlepšení kvality takovýchto vzdělávacích projektů pro mládež.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the assessment of the impacts of non-formal methods of education on the competitiveness on the labour market, here in the case of the participants of short-term international youth exchanges endorsed by the European Erasmus+ Programme. The theoretical part contains definitions of basic concepts relevant to given issue, such as education and its categorization, European Union education policies and programmes, namely the Erasmus+ Programme, the youth and various cultural, economic or geographic specifics influencing them. There is also outlined the implementation of analyzed projects. Within the practical part, the questionnaire survey based on two versions of questionnaires analysing the perception of the impact of non-formal learning methods on personal development and competitiveness from the point of view of participants of two selected projects is introduced, and its results interpreted. The survey was held in July and November 2016. The obtained data were processed with the use of the qualitative content analysis, while several recommendations and conclusions were made in order to support the improvement of the quality of such educational projects.
