Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnanosti v České republice a následném porovnávání s vybranými zeměmi Evropské unie. Jsou zde popsána hlavní kritéria vzájemného srovnávání, mezi které patří kritérium demografické, ekonomické a tržní. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employment in the Czech Republic and subsequent comparison with selected countries of the European Union.
