Physiotherapy in women with functional sterility and infertility

Abstract:

Úvod: Tato práce se zabývá léčbou funkční ženské sterility a infertility využitím metod a konceptů fyzioterapie, zejména tedy Metodou Ludmily Mojžíšové. Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie u pacientky s funkční sterilitou a infertilitou, zejména volbou Metody Ludmily Mojžíšové. Metodika: V praktické části této práce je zaznamenána kazuistika ženy ve věku 22 let s diagnózou funkční sterilita, která se následně poté spojila i s infertilitou. Při první terapii byl proveden zároveň i vstupní kineziologický rozbor a na základě nalezených patologií dále probíhal krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Realizace fyzioterapeutické intervence trvala půl roku. Během terapií byly využívány různé fyzioterapeutické metody a koncepty - měkké techniky, Metoda Ludmily Mojžíšové, hormonální jóga, Dynamická neuromuskulární stabilizace, postizometrická relaxace (PIR), Alexandrova technika, mobilizace, Kegelovy cviky, Brügger koncept, postfacilitační strečing, Autogenní trénink, míčková facilitace). Vyšetření přítomnosti zřetězených blokád a spasmů bylo prováděno každou terapii. Podrobné kontrolní vyšetření bylo realizováno v polovině našich terapií. Finální vyšetření po skončení poslední terapie následně sloužilo k vytvoření výstupního kineziologického rozboru, který byl využit k sestavení dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu spolu s následnou edukací o režimových opatřeních do běžného života. Výsledky: Během terapií došlo k odstranění funkčních patologií v pohybovém aparátu a spasmu pánevního dna, aktivování hlubokého stabilizačního systému, nastavení správného držení těla a pohybových stereotypů pro běžné denní činnosti. Závěry: Díky této práci a terapii s mou pacientkou jsem získala spoustu nových znalostí a zkušeností. Cíle celé fyzioterapeutické intervence byly splněny a tělo pacientky se nyní nachází ve fyziologickém stavu bez funkčních patologií a je připraveno na otěhotnění. Bohužel z důvodu psychogenní sterility, která již přetrvávala před začátkem naší společné terapie, není tělo kvůli psychickému bloku schopno početí.

Abstract:

Introduction: This work deals with the treatment of functional female sterility and infertility using the methods and concepts of physiotherapy, especially Ludmila Mojžíšová Method. The objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to contribute to the solution of physiotherapy in a patient with functional sterility and infertility by choosing Ludmila Mojžíšová Method. Methodology: In the practical section of this work is situated a case report of a young woman aged 22 years with a diagnosis of a functional sterility, which was subsequently combined with infertility. During the first therapy was elaborated an initial kinesiological analysis using a short-term physiotherapy plan based on the discovered pathologies. The implementation of the physiotherapeutic intervention lasted half a year. Various physiotherapeutic methods and concepts were used during the therapies - soft techniques, Ludmila Mojžíšová Method, hormonal yoga, Dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, postisometric relaxation, Alexander's technique, mobilization, Kegel exercises, Brügger concept, Post-Facilitation stretch, Autogenic Training, Ball Facilitation). Examinations for the occurrence of concatenated blockages and spasms were performed with each therapy. A detailed follow-up examination was carried out in the middle of the time of the therapies. The final examination after the end of the last therapy subsequently served as an outcome to create an output kinesiological analysis, which was used to compile a long-term physiotherapy plan together with the subsequent education about regime measures for everyday life of hers. Results: During the therapies, functional pathologies in the musculoskeletal system and pelvic floor spasm were eliminated, a deep stabilization system was activated and beside that correct posture and movement stereotypes were set for normal daily activities. Conclusions: Thanks to this work and therapy with my patient, I gained a lot of new knowledge and experience. The aims of the entire physiotherapy intervention have been met and the patient's body is now in a physiological state without functional pathologies, already prapared for pregnancy. Unfortunately, due to the psychogenic sterility that had already persisted before the start of our joint therapy, the body is unable to conceive due to the mental block.
