Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na reálný projekt - změnu layoutu a modernizaci výrobní haly společnosti XY s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy projektového řízení a je nastíněn postup při plánování projektu. The bachelor thesis is focused on a real project - changing the layout and modernization of the production hall in the company XY Ltd. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of project management and outlines the process of project planning.
