Abstract:
Cílem této práce je popsat provádění malého retribučního dekretu v praxi. První část se věnuje výkladu znění malého dekretu v obecné rovině a popsání mechanismů, jež byly uplatňovány při jeho vykonávání. Jsou popsány funkce bezpečnostní komise, trestní nalézací komise a trestní odvolací komise. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to describe executing of the small decree in practice. The first part is focused on interpretation of the small decree in general and describe the mechanisms that were applied in its implementation. There are described functions of the Security Commission, Penal Adjudication Commission and Penal Appeal Commission. The second part is directly focused on the activities of these …more
