Diplomová práca sa zaoberá spracovaním prehľadu informačných systémov v podniku so zameraním na zavedenie transakčného systému. V práci sa nachádza rozbor transakčného systému a jeho dopad na efektivitu podnikového procesu.V úvodnej časti práce sa autor zameral na princípy podnikovej informatiky a potrebnú terminológiu.
