Strategická analýza stavební firmy Fermax

Abstract:

Cílem této strategické analýzy je poskytnout majitelům a vyššímu vedení stavební společnosti Fermax shrnutí trendů, vývoje a doporučení, na bázi výsledků získaných při sledování interních postupů a neustále se měnícího prostředí, které je ovlivněno zejména současnými globálními ekonomickými a politickými vlivy. Z těchto zjištění vyplývá, že firma v posledních letech stabilně roste, zvyšuje svou nezávislost a úspory z rozsahu, k čemuž přispívá rostoucí poptávka po fasádních pracích. Rostoucí poptávka jako příležitost k dalšímu rozvoji je ohrožena možnými sankcemi ze strany EU, s očekávaným hospodářským poklesem, jelikož je to nejdůležitější obchodní partner státu. Společnost nevyniká z hlediska finanční výkonnosti, a to především kvůli investici do nové linie podnikání, která je z většiny financována dluhem.

Abstract:

This strategic analysis aims to provide the owners and senior management of Fermax construction company with summarized trends, developments, and recommendations, based on the outcomes found in the observation of internal practices and the constantly changing environment, significantly affected by the current global economic and political disturbances. The findings show that the company has been steadily growing in recent years, increasing independence and economies of scale, fueled by the growing demand for façade works. The growing demand as an excellent opportunity for further development is threatened by the possible EU sanctions, with an expected economic downturn, it being the country’s most important trade partner. The company is not excelling in financial performance benchmarking, primarily due to the investment cycle into the new line of business largely financed by debt.
