Problém drog a trestná činnost s tímto spojena je závažným celosvětovým fenoménem, který má dopad jak na jedince, tak na celou společnost. Cílem mé práce je upozornit na tuto závažnou situaci v ČR, potažmo v Moravskoslezském kraji, jelikož tuto trestnou činnost můžeme považovat za jednu z nejvíce vzrůstajících forem kriminality.
