Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první-teoretické části se bude zabývat věcným břemenem obecně, vznikem, zánikem, druhy a dalšími základními pojmy v této problematice. Dále vysvětluje, jakým způsobem ovlivňuje zatížení věcným břemenem cenu nemovitosti. This thesis is divided into three parts. In the first, theoretical part I will deal with real budren in general, with creation, dissolution, and other types of basic concepts in this field. It further explains how the real burden affects the price of the property easement.
