Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem práce bylo popsat sexualitu žen po porodu. Dílčími cíly práce bylo zjistit, jaký mají ženy po porodu vztah k pohlavnímu styku a jestli je rozdíl u počtu porodů, zjistit, zda ženy po porodu prožívají sexuální vyvrcholení a zjistit psychické a fyzické ladění žen po porodu během sexuální aktivity. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 80 žen po porodu navštěvující gynekologickou ambulanci ve Vítkovické nemocnici. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo od listopadu 2013 do února 2014 pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku Sexuální funkce ženy od J. Mellana rozšířená Kroměřížská verze. Výsledky: Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že ženy po porodu mají kladný vztah k pohlavnímu styku a žádná z nich nejeví odpor k sexu. Většina žen po porodu prožívá orgasmus, který se u nich projevuje přes zrychlené dýchání, vzdechy, křečovité napětí těla až po výrazné pohybové a zvukové projevy vyjadřující vrcholnou rozkoš. Během pohlavního styku jsou ženy aktivní, střídají různé sexuální polohy, jsou uspokojeny. Závěr: Porod je náročné období pro ženu. Proto je důležité ze strany lékařů a porodních asistentek edukovat ženu o sexuální problematice po porodu.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to describe women sexuality after childbirth. The partial aims of this study were to find out what is postnatal women´s relation to the sexual intercourse and if it depends on the number of childbirths, to find out if postnatal women experience the sexual climax, and to study their mental and physical balance during their sexual activity. Methodology: The research group consisted of 80 postnatal women attending the gynecological ambulance in Vítkovická hospital. A questionnaire survey was going on since November 2013 to February 2014 using the standardized questionnaire ?The sexual function of woman? by J. Mellan, extended Kroměříž version. Results: The investigation has found that postnatal women have a positive relation to the sexual intercourse and none of them feels an aversion to sex. Most of postnatal women experience orgasm, which is manifested through fast-motion breathing, gasps, spastic tension in their body to a strong physical and sound manifestations expressing the climactic pleasure. During the sexual intercourse women are active, they change the sexual positions and they are satisfied. Conclusion: The childbirth is an exacting time for women. Therefore it is important to educate women about the sexual problems after childbirth by doctors and midwives.
