Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní téma práva a náboženských norem. První část se zabývá teoretickými koncepty norem, sociálních norem a jejich klasifikací. Druhá část se soustřeďuje na náboženské normy judaismu, islámu a křesťanství. Třetí část pojednává o vztahu českého práva a náboženských norem. Závěrečná část diskutuje roli náboženských norem v soudobé společnosti. Cílem práce je nejen odlišit náboženské normy od jiných druhů sociálních norem, ale také zjistit, jaká je povaha vztahů práva a náboženských norem v pozdně moderní sekularizované společnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the complex topic of law and religious norms. The first part deals with theoretical concepts of norms, social norms, and their classification. The second part focuses on the religious norms of Judaism, Islam, and Christianity. The third part discusses the relationship between law and religious norms. The last part deals with the role of religious norms in contemporary society. The thesis aims to differentiate religious norms from other types of social norms and to find out what is the nature of the relationship between these two areas in postmodern secular society.
