Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá fluktuací zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je zjistit pomocí analýzy příčiny fluktuace ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout doporučení vedoucí ke snížení fluktuace ve vybrané společnosti.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with employee turnover in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to find out the causes of turnover in the selected company and to propose recommendations leading to the reduction of turnover in the selected company.
