Plíce jsou orgánem neustále vystavovaným kontaminantům životního prostředí. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků (PAH) na plicní buněčné linie - lidské a potkanní. Cílem diplomové práce bylo charakterizovat tyto plicní epiteliální buněčné linie z hlediska k citlivosti PAH k apoptóze, buněčnému cyklu a s tím spojených proteinů. Abstract:
The lung is an organ, which is exposed constantly to contaminated chemicals in environment. The diploma thesis is aimed at effects of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in lung cell lines - human and rat. The point of this thesis was to characterize this lung epithelial cell lines from the view of sensitivity to apoptosis, cell cycle and their proteins.
