Diplomová práce "Jak si založit podnik" obsahuje ve své první části především popis pojmů podnikání, podnikatele, podniku a jeho okolí. Dále uvádí možné formy podnikání, jejich rozdíly, shrnuje relevantní legislativu, uvádí do vedení účetnictví a sestavení podnikatelského plánu. The first part of this thesis on "How to Establish a Company" describes the basic terms such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, enterprise and its surroundings. It lists the possible legal forms, highlights their differences, sums up relevant regulations, explains the basics of accounting and shows the common structure of business plans.
