Práce je zaměřena na fúzi Jaroměřické mlékárny, a.s. a J + R s.r.o.. Podle požadavků hlavních akcionářů je vypracován návrh možné realizace této fúze pomocí aplikace obchodního zákoníku, zákona o přeměně obchodních společností a družstev a zákona o podnikání na kapitálovém trhu. This bachelor thesis is focused on merger Jaromericka dairy, and J + R Co.. According to the requirements of the main shareholders is prepared propose for a possible merger with the application of the Commercial Code, Law on the transformation of commercial companies and cooperatives, and the Act on Capital Market.
