Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na zefektivnění listovního dodání v rámci Depa Praha 704 České pošty, s. p. Na vybrané dodejně je provedena analýza jednotlivých listovních doručovacích okrsků. Následně jsou navrženy řešení, které vedou k vyšší efektivitě práce a snížení provozních nákladů při zachování kvality práce.
Abstract:
Dissertation concentrates on efficiency improvement of letter submission within the scope of the Czech Post, s. o. e., Prague 704 Depot. On selected delivery point is carried out analysis of individual letter delivery districts. Subsequently the proposals are made aiming at more work efficiency and reduction of operating costs and also preserving of work quality in particular.
