Tangible and intagible assets for accounting and tax perspective

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých kroků, které fiktivní obchodní společnost činí při nakládání s dlouhodobým hmotným a nehmotným majetkem. V teoretické části se autor zaměřuje na charakteristiku a celkovou životnost dlouhodobého majetku, do níž patří pořízení, odpisování a na závěr vyřazení tohoto majetku. V praktické části autor popisuje fiktivní obchodní společnost, její strukturu a provede rozbor využití a nakládání s dlouhodobým majetkem. V závěru této práce bude uvedeno celkové shrnutí vybraných úkonů při nakládání s dlouhodobým majetkem, na základě čehož společnosti navrhnu doporučení k zefektivnění v oblasti dlouhodobého majetku z účetního a daňového hlediska.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of individual steps that a fictitious trading company does when dealing with long-term tangible and intangible property. In the theoretical part, the author focuses on the characteristics and the overall useful life of the long-term assets, which includes acquisition, depreciation and, finally, the disposal of these assets. In the practical part the author describes a fictitious trading company, its structure and analyzes the use and handling of long-term assets. At the end of this work, a summary of the selected long-term asset management actions will be presented, in which case the company will propose recommendations for improving the efficiency of long-term assets from the accounting and tax point of view.
