Abstract:

Anotace Název práce: Stimulační systém Tyfloservis, o.p.s. a stabilizace zaměstnanců Počet slov: 24560 Práce se zabývá působením stimulačního systému na stabilizaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané neziskové organizaci. Cílem práce je odpovědět na otázku: „Jak podle vedoucích a podle zaměstnanců působí stávající stimulační systém na stabilizaci zaměstnanců v neziskové organizaci Tyfloservis, o.p.s.?“ Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy stimulační systém, stabilizace zaměstnanců a působení stimulačního systému, které dále rozvíjí. Metodologická část zdůvodňuje výzkumnou strategii, metodu výzkumu, volbu respondentů a dále hovoří o etice výzkumu. Poslední část práce analyzuje, interpretuje a třídí zjištěné poznatky. Jednotlivé kapitoly této části jsou členěny podle dílčích výzkumných otázek, které byly formulovány během psaní teoretické části. Závěr práce odpovídá na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a shrnuje odpovědi na dílčí výzkumné otázky.

Annotation Title of dissertation: The Tyfloservis stimulation-system and stabilization of employees Word count: 24560 This dissertation deals with the impact of stimulation system on the stabilization of employees in the chosen non-profit organization. The goal of this dissertation is to answer the question: “What is the impact of the stimulation system on the stabilization of employees, according to the opinions of head workers and employees, in non-governmental organization Tyfloservis, o.p.s.?” The dissertation is divided into three parts. Theoretical part defines the primary terms stimulation system, stabilization of employees and impact of the stimulation system, which are also further developed. The methodological part gives reasons for the research strategy, research method and choice of responders, and deals also with the research ethic. The last part analyzes, interprets and sorts information which the author acquired. The chapters of this part are divided by particular research questions, which were formulated in the theoretical part. The conclusion answers the main research question and summarizes the answers of research questions.
