Data Boxes in Practice of Administrative Body
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku datových schránek a jejich fungování v praxi vybraného správního orgánu. Cílem práce je přiblížit pozitiva a negativa při doručování do datových schránek jak ze strany správního orgánu, tak ze strany daňového subjektu. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení směrem de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of data boxes and how they work in practice, the selected administrative authority. The aim is to bring the positives and negatives when delivering to mailboxes on the part of the administrative authority, and by the tax body. Conclusion of work provides recommendations toward the de lege ferenda.
