Dynamics of changes in movement abilities of young elite floorball players
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá dynamikou změn úrovně pohybových schopností u elitních juniorských florbalistů vlivem intervenčního programu. Cílem práce bylo porovnat hodnoty naměřené před a po aplikaci tréninkového programu. Měření probíhalo prostřednictvím 7 motorických testů – vznosy, Yo-Yo recovery test, bench press, dřep se zátěží, vertikální výskok, trojskok a běh na 4× 10 m.
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the dynamics of changes in movement abilities of young elite floorball players who were influenced by the interventional training. The objective of this thesis is to Compaq the fitness level of the players before and after the interventional training.
