Abstract:
Trendem současné doby je stále se zvyšující zájem o zdravý životní styl. V mé práci se zaměřuji na analýzu vybraných mastných kyselin obsažených ve lněném, konopném, mandlovém, sezamovém a arganovém oleji za využití plynové chromatografie s plynově ionizační detekcí. Abstract:
The current trend is an ever-increasing interest in a healthy lifestyle. In my thesis, I focus on the analysis of selected fatty acids contained in linseed, hemp, almond, sesame and argan oil using gas chromatography with gas ionization detection.
