Participation of non-profit organizations on development of selected region (Pardubice region)

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje v rovině teoretické na charakteristiku neziskového sektoru a neziskových organizací, především se zaměřením na nestátní neziskové organizace a jejích dvě specifické formy – občanské sdružení a obecně prospěšná společnost. Práce se věnuje i problematice financování neziskových organizací a jejich vztahu k zisku a zdrojům finančních prostředků. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na nestátní neziskové organizace působící v Pardubickém kraji, které se věnují problematice vzdělávání specifické cílové skupiny osob dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných a osob ohrožených dlouhodobou nezaměstnaností, která je tvořena především osobami se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses in theoretical field to main characteristics of non-profit segment and non-profit organizations, especially with sight to non-government non-profit organizations. Also two main legal forms of non-profit organizations are clarified – civil association and general beneficiary organization which are the most often used juridicial persons in this segment. The paper attends also in the practical part to matters of financial sources, relation of the organizations to their profit and sources of their financial resources. It is focused to non-government non-profit organizations who operate in Pardubice region and who attend to education of persons who are long-term unemployed and who are threatened by long-term unemployment, what means mainly persons with health disability.
