Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis is called THE ANALYSE OF COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS IN THE "HOTEL INDUSTRY". The aim of this thesis was to analyse an advertisement of a pilsner hotel. Because of this there were designed two questionnaires. Téma této bakalářské práce zní ANALÝZA KOMUNIKACI SE ZÁKAZNÍKAMI V OBLASTI "HOTELNICTVÍ". Cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat jednu část komunikační politiky, přesněji řečeno reklamu jednoho hotelu v Plzni. Proto byly sestaveny dva dotazníky. Na začátku je v teoretické části popsáno, co jsou obecně turismus a marketing. Dále byla tématika prohloubena až k reklamě. Praktická část se zabývala cílem práce.
