Optimization of microwave extraction for the determination of Si and B in different samples by AAS and ICP-MS method
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce byla optimalizace mikrovlnné extrakce Si a B s vyuţitím NH4F ze vzorků hnojiv, biologických materiálů a vzorků ţivotního prostředí pro následné přesné a správné stanovení Si a B metodami AAS, ICP-MS a ICP-OES.
Abstract:
The aim of this work was the developement of a microwave extraction of Si and B with NH4F from the various samples (fertilizers, biological materials and environmental samples) for the subsequent accurate and precise analysis by AAS, ICP-MS and ICP-OES methods.
