The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of leasing residential premises in order to achieve profit at current situation, when we use the tools of the collaborative economy. The thesis describes in detail the various aspects of the lease, the subjects of lease relations, as well as the economic, tax and social impacts of rents realized through the collaborative economy.
