Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o mezinárodní krizové komunikaci v organizaci. V teoretické části je krizová komunikace definována jako specifická disciplína oboru public relations. Pozornost je věnována přípravě na krizovou komunikaci a předpokladům nezbytným pro její úspěšné zvládnutí, jako je analýza rizik a krizí. Hlavním cílem je ukázat nejen teoretický základ, ale i praktické postupy, nástroje a doporučení, jak mezinárodní krizovou komunikaci v organizaci úspěšně zvládnout. Část práce je pak blíže zaměřena na krizovou komunikaci při mimořádných událostech, neštěstích a katastrofách. Práce se také dotýká psychologie mimořádných událostí. Výzkumná část pojednává o krizové komunikaci při nálezu desítek mrtvých uprchlíků v nákladním automobilu v Rakousku v roce 2015.

Abstract:

The focus of this Diploma thesis is the international crisis communication in an organisation. In the theoretical part, crisis communication is defined as a specific discipline of public relations. There is a particular attention dedicated to getting ready for the crisis communication and the prerequisites imperative for handling such communication effectively such as the analysis of potential risks.The main goal of the thesis is to present not only the theoretical basics, but also practical procedures, tools and guidance as to how to handle international crisis communication in an organisation. Part of the thesis deals with handling a crisis situation in the case of extreme events, accidents and issues with a particular focus on psychology of the emergency situations. The practical part describes the crisis communication when dozens of dead refugees were found in a truck in Austria in 2015.
