This thesis examines the variety and missions of the charitable organisations and governmental institutions in Britain for war veterans and describes their programs and servicies in detail. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké programy a aktivity poskytují různé organizace ve Velké Británii veteránům z 2. světové války od 70.let minulého století do současnosti. Tato práce charakterizuje činnosti vybraných charitativních organizací a vládních institucí pro válečné veterány a podrobně popisuje jejich služby a programy.
