Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na finanční inovace a její dopady na finanční sektor. Tyto inovace jsou především technického rázu, a proto se tento proud označuje jako FinTech. Zkratka dvou slov Finance a Technologie. Práce vymezuje klíčové sektory, jež FinTech ovlivní, včetně jejich kategorizace. Následná analýza těchto trendů a vyhodnocení z různých hledisek pro uživatele. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finančními technologiemi (FinTech) a jejich dopadem na celé finanční odvětví. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části bude vytvořena literární rešerše, která bude zpracována na základě české a zahraniční literatury. V praktické části budou vyhodnoceny dopady těchto inovací ve finančním sektoru a na základě těchto dopadů bude uvedeno doporučení pro podporu těchto FinTech společností, které inovují zkostnatělý finanční trh.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on financial innovation and its impact on the financial sector. These innovations are mainly technical in nature and therefore this stream is referred to as FinTech. An abbreviation of two words Finance and Technology. The thesis identifies the key sectors that will be affected by FinTech, including their categorization. Subsequent analysis of these trends and evaluation from various user perspectives. This thesis looks at financial technology (FinTech) and its impact on the entire financial sector. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, a literature search will be done based on Czech and foreign literature. In the practical part, the impacts of these innovations in the financial sector will be evaluated and based on these impacts, recommendations will be made to support these FinTech companies that are innovating the ossified financial market.
