Konceptuální model enviromentálního informačního prostoru a jeho aplikace v projektu ARROW (in czech)

Abstract:

Tato rigorózní práce částečně navazuje na autorovu diplomovou práci a popisuje vývoj informačního systému ARROW (Assessment of Reference Reports of Water Monitoring)., respektive jeho výpočetní knihovny od roku 2007 až doposud. Do budoucna se plánuje propojení systému ARROW s ostatními systémy Evropské Unie (EU) v rámci WISE (Water Information System for Europe). V úvodní části práce je popsán současný stav těchto systémů v EU a následně je popsán a diskutován návrh obecného řešení informačních systémů pracujících s environmentálními informacemi pomocí sémantických technologií a jeho implementace v projektu ARROW. Jednotlivé části práce byly publikovány a diskutovány na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. Vybrané články jsou uvedeny v původním znění jako přílohy této práce.

Abstract:

This rigorous thesis refers to graduation thesis of the author. There is described the development of ARROW (Assessment of Reference Reports of Water Monitoring information system), especially of its computation library, since 2007 till now. It is planned to build interconnection of ARROW system with other European Union (EU) systems within the scope of the WISE (Water Information System for Europe). There is described actual state of these systems at the beginning part of thesis. Consequently there is discussed proposal of common solution of information systems working with environmental information which is based on semantic technologies in the next thesis part. Follows implementation description of this proposal in the ARROW project Single parts were published and discussed at both national and international level. Associated articles are listed in the thesis appendixes.
