Physical Education in Irish Primary Projected Curriculum

Abstract:

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl provést deskriptivní analýzu projektovaného kurikula tělesné výchovy pro primární vzdělávání v Irsku. Při výzkumném šetření se opírá o analýzu historického kontextu vývoje školní tělesné výchovy, školského systému a aktuálního pojetí tělesné výchovy v projektovaném kurikulu. Jedním z dílčích cílů práce je přispět k rozvoji teorie kurikula v oborech srovnávací pedagogika a komparativní pedagogická kinantropologie. Práce uvádí rešerši publikací zabývajících se danou problematikou, pozornost je věnována také základním pojmům a terminologii.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis aims to perform a descriptive analysis of the projected physical education curriculum for primary education in Ireland. The study is based on analysis of the historical context of the development of school physical education, the school system and the current concept of physical education in curriculum planning. One of the objectives is to contribute to the development of curriculum theory in the fields of comparative education and comparative pedagogical kinanthropology. The paper presents background research publications dealing with the issue, attention is also paid to the basic concepts and terminology.
