Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pandemie Covid-19 na stavební spoření a hypoteční úvěry. V první části je představen vznik obou produktů a je zde blíže popsáno, jak fungují. Druhá část je zaměřena na vývoj těchto finančních produktů v období pandemie, je zde specifikováno, co a proč mělo na tento vývoj největší vliv a jaký o ně byl zájem. The bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on building savings and mortgage loans. The first part introduces the origin of both products and describes in more detail how they work.
