Damages and value assessment of a building
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá důsledkem poruch a škod ve stavebních objektech a posuzuje, jak s poškozeným nebo narušeným objektem dále naložit, tzn. zda je ekonomické přistoupit k sanaci, rekonstrukci a opravě objektu nebo je vhodnější jiné řešení. Bakalářská práce zahrne konkrétní případy vhodnosti jednotlivých návrhů řešení.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the consequences of failures and damages in buildings and assesses how to further deal with a damaged or disturbed building, ie. whether it is economical to rehabilitate, reconstruct and repair the building or another solution is more appropriate. The bachelor's thesis will include specific cases of suitability of individual solutions.
