Abstract:
Analytický pohled na řízení rizik malého a středního podniku, se zaměřením na podnikatelská rizika a jejich dopady na změnu strategie podniku. Praktické použití analýz strategického řízení podniku pro identifikaci rizik podniku s návrhem metodiky hodnocení rizik a jejich dopadů na hlavní aktiva podniku.
Abstract:
Analytical view of risk management for small and medium enterprise, focusing on business risks and their impact on the change in business strategy. Practical application of strategic management analysis to identify business risks with the draft risk assessment methodologies and their impact on the main assets of the company.
