Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá uplatněním kreativity ve službách, konkrétně v oboru gastronomie. Pokládá si otázku, do jaké míry lze uplatnit kreativitu v tomto oboru. V práci je popsán jak pohled autora na toto téma tak několika dalších jedinců z oboru.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is dealing with aplication of creativity in services, especially in field of gastronomy. Its asking a question to what extent is possible to apply creativity in this field. Thesis describes author's view and also view of several different people from gastronomy.
