Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci metody 5S a skladového hospodářství ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je sepsána na základě literárních rešerší k daným tématům a zabývá se převážně skladovým hospodářstvím a metodou 5S, které jsou hlavní náplní diplomové práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu stávajícího stavu ve společnosti a pochopení toho, jakým způsobem jsou skladovány náhradní díly pro oddělení údržby. Práce dále také popisuje jednotlivé procesy objednávání, jakým způsobem se objednávaly náhradní díly. Na základě provedené analýzy a provedení dílčích operací, je zpracován návrh možných opatření, která budou vést ke zlepšení situace a ke zlepšení procesu skladování náhradních dílů pro oddělení údržby. Hlavním cílem projektové části diplomové práce je implementace metody 5S a skladového hospodářství pro oddělení údržby. Vedlejší cíle jsou poté nastavení vizuální stránky pro sklad údržby, zavedení náhradních dílů do informačního systému a také spolupráce na vytvoření aplikace pro výdej dílů a nastavení procesů výdeje a zaskladnění náhradních dílů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the 5S method and warehouse management in a selected company. The theoretical part is written on the basis of literary research on the given topics and deals mainly with warehouse management and the 5S method, which are the main content of the thesis. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current state in the company and understanding how spare parts are stored for the maintenance department. The work also describes the individual ordering processes, how to order spare parts. Based on the performed analysis and execution of partial operations, a proposal of possible measures is prepared, which will lead to the improvement of the situation and to the improvement of the process of storage of spare parts for the maintenance department. The main goal of the project part of the diploma thesis is the implementation of the 5S method and warehouse management for the maintenance department. The secondary goals are then to set up a visual page for the maintenance warehouse, to set up spare parts into the information system, and also to cooperate in creating an application for dispensing parts and setting up processes for dispensing and storing spare parts.
