Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o zpětném a dalším odkazu, institutu mezinárodního práva soukromého. V práci je rozveden celý tento institut, od jeho pojmu a podstaty, přes příčiny jeho vzniku a názorů na jeho řešení až po úpravu jak v České republice, tak v zahraničních evropských státech.
Abstract:
This thesis talks about the backlink and others of the institute of international private law. In the work is discussed all the institute begining by its therm and nature over the causes of its formation and opinions for the solution of the issue, up to the regulation in Czech Republic, foreign European countries as well.
