Using "SW Practis" as an Information Support Tool for Crisis Management Training and Education

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá využitím SW Practis jako nástroje informační podpory a vzdělávání orgánů krizového řízení, toho je dosaženo na modelovém příkladu zřizování migračních táborů. Práce se dělí na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se práce zabývá základními pojmy a legislativou a základy problematiky krizového řízení zaměře-ného na cvičení a problematikou zaměřenou na SW Practis. V praktické části se práce za-bývá Charakteristikou vybraného území a mimořádné situace, dále vytváří obecný postup pro řešení MU a tento postup aplikuje na konkrétní území a MU poté jej implementuje do SW Practis v závěru praktické části je zhodnocení výstupů z SW Practis, navržené cvičení a možnosti SW Practis jako informační podpory a vzdělávání orgánů krizového řízení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis handles with SW Practis as a tool of information support and education of body crisis management, which is achieved on model example of establishing migration camps. This thesis is dividend in two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. In theoretical part the thesis handles with basic concepts and legislative and basic s of crisis management issues focused on exercises and the SW Practis issues. In the practical part the thesis handles with characteristics of chosen area and extraordinary situation, next issue is making of the general procedure of MU solution and this procedure is applied on specific area and MU and then it is implemented to SW Pracis. In the end of this practical part there is evaluation of SW Practis outputs, proposed exercises and the possibility of using SW Practis as an information support and body crisis management education.
