The Development of the Labour Market in Domažlice Rural Area Since 2000

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza vývoje trhu práce na okrese Domažlice v letech 2000 až 2010. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících s nezaměstnaností a trhem práce. Krátce je popsána i činnost pracovních úřadů. Ve druhé části je pozornost zaměřena na analýzu vývoje nezaměstnanosti v okrese Domažlice a jeho mikroregionů a nejvýznamnějších zaměstnavatelů. Nezaměstnanost je analyzována též ze strukturálního hlediska, zvláště u problémových skupin uchazečů, jako jsou absolventi škol, uchazeči se zdravotním postižením a osoby starší 50 let. Další část je zaměřena na zaměstnávání cizinců. Závěr je věnován aktivní politice zaměstnanosti a prognóze dalšího vývoje nezaměstnanosti na okrese.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of labour market development in Domažlice Region between the years 2000 až 2010. First part is focused on the explanation of terms associated with unemployment and the labor market. Briefly, there is described the employment services activity. In the second part, the attention is drawn to the analysis of unemployment in the Domažlice Region, its micro-regions, and most important employers. The unemployment is also analyzed from the structural aspects, especially in problematic groups of applicants such as fresh graduated, disabled candidates and persons over 50. The following part focuses on the foreigners´ employment. The conclusion is devoted to the active employment policy, and the prognosis for further development of unemployment issues of the region.
